In short: this website collects nothing about you.
What this site collects
Nothing. There are no forms, no sign-up, no basket and no account. We use no cookies, no visitor counters, no social media pixels and no analytics service such as Google Analytics. You can read any page here without leaving a trace.
Technical logs
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Like any web server, those machines may briefly record technical request data — an IP address, a timestamp and the page requested — to guard against attacks and faults. We have no access to those logs and do not use them to identify visitors.
Telephone enquiries
When you call the clinic, we see your number. We use it only to book your appointment and to remind you of it. We do not pass numbers to third parties and do not use them for marketing.
Medical information
Patient medical records are held at the clinic, not on this website, and are protected by medical confidentiality under Ukrainian law.
External services
The contact page shows an OpenStreetMap map. Loading it means your browser contacts OpenStreetMap’s servers, which is covered by their own privacy policy. No other external services are used.
